@inkbird I purchased the ITC-308-Wifi recently and could not get the app to recognize the device. Seemed to connect to my router OK, but my android phone would not recognize the ITC-308-wifi. Any suggestions? I went through all of the suggested items in the help document.

Hey, sorry for the late reply because we are having our National holidays. When in the pairing mode, please make sure the light here is flashing quickly as following. Thanks, I returned the original and will try again with the replacement. On the original the WiFi pairing LED would only flash quickly to indicate pairing mode for a few seconds. The app would keep trying to pair for about one minute and then state that the device was not recognized. I'll respond with the results of my next attempt. For what it's worth, I watched every youtube video that I could find and read through all of the help docs.
