Ingredient to Recipie Index - Learning What Can I Make With This

Has anyone seen a way to determine what can I make with this?

I have a fair collection of malts from the not so local HBS, but due to my lack of recipie building experience, I don't seem to know where to start to use them.

Easiest thing would be invest in some software like BeerSmith that you can add your inventory into and it will tell you what you can make with what you have...

+1,, Every brewer should get some brewing software. One of the best investments you can make when brewing.

Besides the software, books like "Designing Great Beers" give you a good idea what most good beers for each sytle have in them.

There are online brewing calculators as well, they are perhaps not as good as beersmith but sure do help composing a recipe
