I have been waiting on some spruce tips in order to craft a cranberry/clove brew with spruce tip aroma, but I just went to my local orchard (has a better selection than the LHBS go figure) and picked up some:
Blueberries
Strawberries
Pineapple extract
Coriander
Cinnamon
Chili Peppers
Ginger
Plethora of Barley

What types of brews are you looking at with that simple listing? I want to do a fruity one hence the fruit involved, but I also want to go for an orange, coriander, cinnamon, and one other ingredient. As well I'd like to shoot for a spicier brew involving the Chili Peppers.

I am beside myself with joy -- I'm so glad I decided to get into brewing, I feel like I have purpose outside my mundane job :)

well, your imagination is really the limit here... but you have many options with those type of ingredients... off the top of my head, belgian witbiers, german hefeweizens, saison, american wheat, blonde ale, cream ale... and others... the wit/hefe/wheat will be good with fruits, saison can have some spicyness added in (even though that yeast will give some good spicy phenolics anyway), cream/blonde ale could have ginger/pepper type stuff added in perhaps... spend some time checking out all the BJCP styles and you'll get a better idea of what brews you can do this type of thing with.
