Hi Guys,
I have roughly 10 batches under my belt, most of those are brewed with partial mash method.
I want to give it a go now with a Pilsner as now I have moved to another house that will allow me cold temperature.
I looked online (here) and there are several interesting recipes, i want to go with this one, do you think the grains quantity for 20L is ok (152F mash temp for 90 minutes) ?
6.6lbs Pilsner Malt
2.2lbs Vienna Malt
2.2lbs Carapils
1lbs Carahell
Plus, I want to use Tettnang hops, what would be the right quantity/frequency? E.g. 1oz 90, 1oz 60, 1oz 30 etc?
Thanks in advance
