After 12 days in the fermenter had the top of the wort covered in bubbles that looked like this.
1.052 original gravity and brewed a Witbier. Had tons of headroom since Wyeast 3944 really likes to go crazy. Gravity reading when transferred to secondary was 1.010.

This looks very fine! A few yeast rafts and some foam are normal.
A haze or a whitish skin forming might indicate infections trying to take hold.

Your beer is done! Time to package! ASAP.

BTW:

After 12 days in the primary, and at 1.010, what would the secondary do?
I'd stay away from them.

+1 on what IslandLizard said. Those are just yeast rafts. If it looked like this, then I would be worried.

Yeah, you don't want a skin to form with nipples and all, that means infection although it might still be delicious. But your beer looks totally fine.
