honey blonde developed small film in secondary racked and it went away 4 days in bottle and developed weird floaties and bubbles but doesnt taste bad any suggestons what i should do?

Yep. It looks like a lacto infection to me. As long as it tastes fine and the floaties don't bother you then drink up, it won't hurt you.
