I posted few photos days before asking for how to handling floaties in my IPA....

This is the pic of the floaters taken few days ago

However when I gave a gentle shake to my carboy today (cause I want to see
If the floaters could be settle), the shape of floater changed and became like below photo, I start to wonder if such thing are still healthy yeast or have already been infected.

That still looks fine. When you agitate it the CO2 bubbles break free of the yeast, so the yeast raft becomes slightly denser than the beer and begin to sink. Then they collect enough CO2 on their surface to rise to the surface again. This is normal. Consider it free entertainment for those cold winter days when you're stuck inside killing time between bouts of shoveling snow :)
 
While 2 of the 3 pics look normal, the first one with rope-like strands would have me taking a sample.

First thing is to smell it, you will know if its bad because you might gag. If things smell ok, taste it - again if its bad you will know it.

Also pay attention to attenuation - really high attenuation (really low FG - like close to 1.000) depending on style might be another indicator.

Either way, do not dump it. If it is indeed infected and if you can, drink up - quickly :)
 
Looks like the krausen is just hanging out at the top. I'm sure it will fully drop in time. If not, rack around it.
