Hi all. I made a cider with apple cider. Brown sugar. malt and a tad of honey. I used Cooper yeast and now I am ready to bottle.

Only thing is. I opened my brewing bucket and There is a thick skin on the top of the cider and no sign of anything on the bottom of the bucket.

I tasted the cider and it is insanely sweet. I dont see any veins going under the skin and there are a few bubbles.

Any advice? Should I bottle and hope or dump?
