My last bottled batch ended up tasting "sour' so I'm thinking an infection.
What would you do with the bottles?
Wash in oxiclean n bottle brush, dishwasher on heat cycle, then starsan or just throw them away?
Thanks,
RickyG

Glass is such a popular item for storage and drinking of beverages, AND things like acids in a lab, is that few things penetrate it. And they clean really easily. Just soak everything in oxclean and hot water for a day or so, and all the gunk with lift away. Then rinse and sanitize as usual.

I just posted the same question with the same problem. Didnt see this thread (Ive had a few tonite). Im bleaching all my equipment and I will do the same with the bottles too.
