Just brewed this tonight,

6 lbs Northern Brewer Gold LME
1.5 lbs Briess Dark DME
10 oz. Crystal 60
6 oz. Chocolate Malt
2 oz. Roasted Barley
8 oz. Dark Brown Sugar(Caramelized) late addition
1 oz. Nugget 12.2% (60)
.5 oz. Mt. Ranier 7.5% (45)
.5 oz. Mt. Ranier 7.5% (30)
.5 oz. Palisades 7.6% (15)
.5 oz. Palisades 7.6% (5)
All pellets
Going to dry hop with 2 oz. homegrown Cascades
Used Wyeast 1056
