Tasting Notes
Light, Crisp with HUGE Citrus aroma
Recipe inspired by my zombie dust recipe I made a few months back. With this recipe I was aiming for similar flavors from Zombie Dust, but I wanted to make it lighter and crisper (4% instead of 6.5%). This recipe is a SMaSH with Pilsner as the malt and Citra as the hops.

Fermentables
6lbs Pilsner Malt Extract

Hop Schedule (all pellet)
.5oz Citra 60 minutes
.5oz Citra 15 minutes
1oz Citra 5 minutes
1oz Citra 1 minute
***At flameout cover brew kettle and perform 30 minute hop stand***
2oz Citra (Dry hop - 7 days)

After 9 days in the primary, add 2oz Citra hops to primary for 7 days then bottle.

From picture below the beer is darker, but this is because it has not been bottle conditioning long or been cooled for long.
