Today was the inaugural brew day at Thieving Otter Brewery. Started with an IPA. Next week is Hefewiesen.

Welcome to the the hobby. However in my house, we've just called it an obsession. SWMBO and I have been married for 21 years, so it's important that we tell each other the truth. Obsession it is. I just brewed my FIRST Lager today.....

Thanks for the replies. It was fun. And I OCD'd the heck out of it. I could have performed surgery in my garage. Lol.
