Need some suggestions here. Brewed Midwest's Red Lager with Wyeast Bohemian yeast. Stuck it in the fridge (that I have used successfully before for lagers) on what I thought was the highest temp setting. Turns out, the fridge was off and my beer has been fermenting at perfect ale temps for 2 weeks! Do I bother lagering the beer or just treat it as a steam and bottle it now? Any ideas what I am in for either way? Thanks.
(before you say it, my next purchase is going to be a temperature control device.)
