My IPA has now been in the secondary and dry hopped
for three + weeks and has started to taste better after
the second week in the primary , 5 + weeks total so far
I don't have bottle's or keg stuff set up right now and
it still "looks" ok ,it's been at a constant 70 f since being
racked to the secondary.

will it keep this way for awhile ?

How long do you mean by "a while"? Shouldn't matter, but if it tastes like you want it to now, I wouldn't keep it in the closet forever and forget about it. Find some bottles.

I would AT LEAST rack it off of the hops to a clean carboy. YOOPER put up a post a while back about the timing for dry hopping and how after a certain point you start getting a grassy taste( I think thats right) . I have no idea, but she has never steered me wrong yet.

Thanks everyone ,I guess I'll have to find some
caps and a caper , I seem to have lots of empty
bottles round here. Do I have to rack it to a bottling
bucket or can i just auto siphon to the bottles ?

Thanks again everyone.

and "a while " would be 2 more weeks.

while you certainly do not have to rack it to the bottling bucket, you will probably end up with less gunk in your bottles. I would rack it and let it settle.

There are two advantages to racking it to a bucket before bottling:
1. You don't get as much sediment in your bottles.
2. You can mix the priming sugar in the bucket before you bottle rather than priming each bottle individually.

You don't need a bucket with a spigot, though it's helpful. You can certainly siphon the beer into the bottles.

ok I am picking up the keg stuff tomorrow , but I also
want a few bottles , should i wait an fill the bottles
off the keg or split what beer I have between the
keg and bottles and if I do , do I carb off the co2
tank, or add priming sugar to the keg and bottles
with a bottling bucket ?

That's tricky unless you have access to a counter pressure bottle filler or a beer gun. I would individually prime the bottles, and then force carb the rest in the keg. I don't think you can bulk prime as you generally use much less priming sugar in a keg due to the headspace, and then either your bottles will be undercarbed or your keg will be overcarbed.

If you can get a CPF or a beer gun (expensive) then you should force carb the beer in the keg, and then bottle from the keg.
