Hey guys... My first original batch of cider which I started back on Feb 26th... then moved to a secondary on March 23rd.

It has since been sitting in a carboy in the basement since March 23rd... UNTIL NOW. I'm bottling. I didn't add anything to the secondary. Just let it age.

Being a NEWB... what should I expect? Will it even still be good? Did I let it sit too long?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

As long as the air lock didn't dry out you should be fine. Cider is a little harder to infect than beer but just to be sure taste a little. Cheers

Awesome! Good think you mentioned the airlock... just as you did that I looked at it and water was still in there... phew.

Okay... time for a little sample and then bottle! :)
