I received a 22oz bottle of an imperial stout back at Christmas and decided I would save it until next year. I have left it in the refrigerator since then. My question is will it continue to age and mature in the refrigerator or should it be left out? Thanks!

It will age slower in the fridge than say 50-60F temps.

That said, you lagered it for 10 months. I would crack it open some night when you aren't going anywhere and enjoy! My imperial stout peaked about a year from brew date. Still good, but not quite as good at 19 months.
