I added the spices used during the last 5 minutes of the boil, and I have a vanilla bean soaking in some vodka, but I haven't bottled it and since I've largely missed pumpkin flavored season I was wondering if I could sub out the pumpkin pie spices used at bottling for some more Christmas-y spices to make the beer a little more appropriate for the time.
I'll probably take a little tonight and try it out with some spices like cinnamon/nutmeg and see how it goes but maybe someone has some advice on what spices would work well!
