I've made this recipe on a smaller 3 gallon scale and it was my BEST ever,
but I'm not sure of its classification.
I could ramp it up for a definite Barley Wine or leave it where it is and just call
it a dark Imperial IPA. What do you all think? (I have the yeast starter ready to go today, wife and kids willing.)
