Well, title says most of it. but i am looking to get into making some American hoppy flavored light lagers and black lagers. I had planned on using cable car but my brew system scorched my rims system and i ditched the batch 3 days into fermentation. so i am left with Imperial Harvest. I love the yeast but wonder how it will work with my upcoming plans..

i have some dry yeast sitting around but wasn't the plan.
