For anyone wanting to chill their brew faster here is a great technique. Attach a small pond pump to the in line of your immersion chiller. Fill a cooler with ice. Insert the pump in the ice bath (fill cooler with water over the ice). Start the pump and recirculate the water through the ice bath. You can chill 5 gallons to 80 degrees within 15 minutes.
