Welcome, my winemaking experience has only been with the Winexpert kits which seem to work well, I've added a bit more wine nutrient to the kits and they seem to have come out well.

Thanks for the welcome, only started yesterday with a kit from Beaverdale wines.In fermentation at moment.So far so good, we'll wait and see.
