Hello im new to this soda making business and im trying to make rootbeer but i plan on stroing my end result in some barrels i have purchased(white oak), since im new to this i dont know how to properly store the end result, so my main question is this, can i take the fresh soda and put it into the keg right after i make it, and allow it to carbonated inside the barrel as it ages? or will that eventually make the root beer alcoholic? or am i able to just make it without yeast and store it in the barrel until such a time as i want to add yeast? any tips or answer will be gladly welcome

It won't carbonate in a barrel- a barrel is pretty porous and not going to hold pressure.

You can store it in a barrel, but if you add yeast it will ferment.
