Hello HomeBrewTalk.com,
You may not know who I am but I sure know a lot about you. About half a year ago I started brewing with a friend who has been at it for years. During that time I had oh so many questions, and found myself back in these forums again and again. Now I'm feeling like I might be able to contribute with a few new questions, and in time some answers.
Right now I've got a Porter and a specialty 'London Fog' on tap. Fermenting and conditioning are a couple of Red Ales and what me and my brew buddy have dubbed 'Beer in the Style of Beer' because of a lack of planning and a home brew shop that is closed on Sunday. This weekend we're going to take a crack at our first high gravity brew with a Belgian Tripel.
I'm looking forward to chatting more, and connecting with some other brewers in the Ottawa, Ontario area.
Your's Brewly,
Bradley
