Bottled two weeks ago and my beer still has 0 carbonation. The OG was 1.085. I was told I wouldn't need to repitch yeast but it totally seems like I should have. Suggestions?

Two weeks apparently isn't long enough to carb up.
It'll be fine- you don't need to repitch yeast. Just make sure it's 70 degrees or higher, and wait a bit longer, and it'll carb up.
