Howdy all! New here, new to home brewin. I've made a mean cider, and learned what not to do. Figured I should search out some like minded folk, and some not so like minded, so that I can get alternative ideas and viewpoints, learn, and make some good beer.
I started off with an extract kit of Brain Eater (Great Fermentations version of ZD). It's in the carbon and at day 5 of dry hop. It's doing some things I didn't expect, so I came here to read and learn!
