Igloo 5 gal. (Gott style) orange cooler capacity

I'm considering using a 5 gal. orange Igloo cooler as a container via which to prime and bottle, and I have almost 6 gallons in my fermenter at present. How many gallons can fit into the round Igloo 5 gallon cooler and still leave room to get the lid on it? How many gallons to the top lip with the lid off? I'll need a capacity on it so I can compute how much priming corn sugar I should add to my beer.
