Probably, but not due to the temp change. If you fill the bottles at 62°F, you will lose a lot of carbonation in the process. For filling bottles from a keg, you want the beer to be as cold as possible during the transfer in order to minimize CO2 loss. You also want to minimize beer agitation during the transfer.
