Anyone ever hear of IEDefender and know how to get rid of it? Its supposed to be some kinf of Spyware of trojan. I found a few sites but I have Windows Vista and no one has any info on removing it from Vista.

How to delete IEDefender files in Windows XP and Vista:

1. Click your Windows Start menu, and from “Search,” click “For Files and Folders…“
2. A speech bubble will pop up asking you, “What do you want to search for?” Click “All files and folders.”
3. Type any file name in the search box, and select “Local Hard Drives.”
4. Click “Search.” Once the file is found, delete it.

I know what it says, but the format for Vista is different. After clicking on Search, I dont get a choice for files and folders. The layout of XP and Vista are different.

When you click on search, there is a tab on the top right, just under where you type in what you are searching for that is called "Advanced Search". Expand this and select which drive/folders to search through.
