Hey Brewers,
I'm making plans to have my own October Fest in my yard, been saving a few liters of beer from all my batches (yes, it's harder than you think!) & have done some research on October Fest beers. They say traditional OF beer is made in March & drank during the festival....so I'm gonna put a recipe together using a Munich LME & German hops....anyone want to point me towards malts I could use in the infusion mash, & maybe some hops traditionaly used?
