Tonight I whipped together a quick batch of mead for my glass jug. It's relatively simple, being just spring water, honey, a chopped lemon, grape/blackberry juice, and some leftover ale yeast. I haven't made mead in a while, but I think this will turn out to be... okay. It looks interesting, at least.
