I just realized when I primed my brew... I just poured the corn sugar straight in, without dissolving in water... Am I screwed?

Maybe not, as long as you mixed it in good enough that it dissolved and mixed in evenly. In any case you will probably want to make sure you have those bottles covered with something like a tarp or in a nice sturdy box just in case this results in any bottle bombs.

FWIW I had a problem with my second batch, (a Robust Porter) not sure if they were capped poorly or if the priming sugar was not mixed in well enough, but about 25% of the bottles did not carbonate. Even those were still drinkable though, in fact they tasted pretty good.

I now ALWAYS use a bottling bucket.

If you didn't stir the bucket, you will probably have some bottles explode and some that won't carbonate. If you did stir it, you should be fine. In the first case, you could unseat the caps slightly and let them outgas for for a week. Then remove the caps, add carb drops and re-cap with new caps.

I poured about 3 inches in the bottom of bottling bucket of beer. Then poured the sugar... And dumped the rest of the beer on top of it... And was stirring it with the siphon hose.

THREE INCHES!!! I'd expect problems. You only need 5 oz of sugar to prime a batch.

Id be more worried about oxidation and infection. By 'dumped' the beer i hope you meant racked nice and slowly, and by not boiling the sugar you could have introduced nasties in there.

I forgot to boil the priming sugar for my first batch and it turned out fine. I just dumped in the bottling bucket and racked the beer on top of it. You should be ok.

Yeah thats what I did

I racked 3 inches in then poured the sugar. Then racked the rest on top. I think it should be fine.

As long as the sugar dissolved you should be fine.

I prime my minikegs with dry corn sugar, but then it's only 1-2 TBS.

I also lay it on its side and roll it around for a few minutes then repeat the process in about 1/2 hour to try to dissolve the sugar.:D

This also allows me to check for a leaky bung.

As far as the nasties go, the alcohol level in the beer should be an obstacle for their survival. I think that fact has probably saved me a couple times.
