This happened to me during my first all grain brew. I ended up with 3 gallons of beer instead of five. It was my first and only stuck sparge. I'm glad it happened then, because I learned a lot.

Bananna bread tastes the best once the peel turns all black and bananas become mush. I got almst 48 bottles out of it.
 
Man that is a lot. I get a lot too (no effort at whirlpooling).

I have tried to whirlpool a dozen times with different amounts of whirfloc, temp, and hop bags/ no bags. I have mever gotten anything but 2 gallons of fluffy break material.

Also another failure of yeast washing. 002 is as much a pain as 005 was 2 days ago.
