So I just cracked open a saison IPA that has been in the works for the last 4 months or so and I am loving life. It's the 3711 which is the first time I've used it and I'm absolutely a fan. it has been in the bottle for only a week and it tastes out of this world. This recipe is nothing fancy just threw a crap ton of Saaz in and called it a day. But I gotta give you all credit for the amazing information on this thread. I have learned so much from you guys and feel I have become a confident and capable brewer because of everyone's help here. I just wanted to tell everyone thanks. you guys... :rockin:
