Yesterday, I saw a video an estate / vanilla bean farm for sale somewhere in hawaii. The video had that traditional Hawaiian music playing in the background. Man, it seemed like such an idyllic place. I want to picture the whole place like that, but I guess where you have big cities you're gonna have rats.
Vandalism is so lame. I never could understand the attraction even when I was a stupid kid. I was never even told that it was wrong. It definitely feels bad when you're the victim. Hope you catch them Dan. I put up a trail cam once but never caught my ******* neighbors.

This entire island is just a big city [emoji3]. It is still idyllic in many ways but stuff like what happened the this weekend and Hawaii's homeless problem and horrible traffic are,I guess a sign of the times. Still is paradise in many ways - just not all.
How are things Dan? Where did everybody go? This thread almost feel of my list. That is unacceptable.

Ischiavo my brother from another. Yep it is a bit quiet these days. I'm not on here very often either but always it's the first thread I check when I log into HBT
Been experimenting with a light Pale Ale for my daughter's wedding. Nothing to hoppy but some flavor still. Low abv, maybe 4%. Also trying a version of the no chill method. Only 3 batches in but I'll work something out, it's getting there.
We've been making stuff for the wedding, wood things. My wife is really into it. This weekend she made heart shaped flower "boxes" for the flower girls. She cut the hearts, sanded them, used my air Brad nailer and wood glue to put them together pretty much by herself. I supervise her still... Don't want her to cut her fingers off or shoot a nail into herself ☹️. But she's doing pretty good with the tools. I just bought a 16" scroll saw. That girl is going to have a blast with it!
Ischiavo we are never going to let this thread die. It will get quiet at times but like good friends always around

Thanks Ischiavo! I got to admit, I was never a stellar Brewer. Once got 1/4 the way close [emoji12] and then had to we'll brewing stuff for money when I wasn't working. Once I started working again I bought the neat brewing stuff to get myself up to par. Craziest thing. Cooling. I bought a nice CFC, built a preciller out of copper and I'm not even using lately. I stick a bucket of hot wort into my freezer. By morning it's coldish so I turn the freezer off. Then pitch some dry yeast or a hefty yeast starter in. I change the freezer temp to 68 and see what happens

It's just a Wen, 3920 with a 16" base. Only around $80 Amazon prime, less mainland US. Fine for my needs

Hope everyone is having a good night. Been busy lately. Im being sued in Federal Court by bizarre nazi who ive never met who thinks im the leader of a powerful dark force of jews. The complaint is like 200 pages of crazy. He states he hopes he doesnt get a **** judge and says a female attorney pulled forged papers "out of her wrinkly dripping vagina" and had a judge sign them. Its funny except my insurance company has to defend and nothing is cheap even an easy motion to dismiss.
Apparently I wire tap his phones and fly drones over his house in violating of the fcc and his 1st 4th and god knows what other rights. I went to a state court hearing on another matter he had today to see him in person. Pure crazy. The had an extra bailliff in courtroom..no coincidence.
Sounds like somebody needs a court mandated psych evaluation

It should also be legal for the homeowner to take down drones in his airspace. There should be tiny surface to air missiles for that. Wiretapping should be legal too because who the hell uses wires to communicate anymore. You sound like a bad neighbor labrat but I still like you.

I've had to defend myself in federal court twice, and it was no picnic. First time, I lost, but my client got stuck with the bill. I got out without a scratch the second time, but the guy next to me got hurt for over a mil due to a default judgement (he failed to produce during discover and admitted it). I have my own biz, but $1M would leave a dent

Had my vasectomy in June. That was fun. I'm probably a wimp but I'd rather have had the surgery again than deliver the sample to the lab. It just felt so weird.
My wife brought it in for me at first and I thought I was off the hook. Of course I had to go in right after her for a bunch of signatures and to fill out some weird form about how the sample was obtained and how i had cared for it while in my possession-WTF?!? It was immediately put in a biohazard bag...nice. I hope the results are good and this sh!t is over.
