I really enjoy this thread! Happy weekend to you all. :)

Well done, Dan. This is a great thread. Simple and no stress.

I don't post here much... But I typically try to play catch up when I use the restroom :p

Dan IS top shelf. I'm not always posting but seldom more than 24 hours removed from this thread.

We had dinner out with the boys and a set of grandparents. We should be able to finish my parent's roof this weekend weather permitting. I hope I will find some time to get the boys out bird hunting as well.

Hope you all are enjoying this time of Friday night and have a good weekend.

So I'm on the graveyard again, drinking the last of my giant redbull... Thinking of all things brew... When the strangest idea hit me:

Is there an inline measurement tool to tell you how much fluid has passed? Similar to a gas pump scale, it know how much fuel you've pumped, but here, the inline could tell you how much wort has passed through. I don't even know what something like this would be called... Does it exist??

Yes. There are guys using the flow meters and the raspberry PI to monitor their kegs. Search for the thread in the DIY section. I'm on phone but I'll see if I can post the link.
The thread is [Version 2] Raspberry Pints. Here's the link (if this works):

Dunno if the swiss flow meters are rated for that high of temps though. Finding a reasonably priced high temp food grade flow meter could be difficult. I am sure the reasonably priced bit is the constraining factor though.

Hey, this thread was not on my first page of unread threads. No posts yesterday. That can't be right.

I did do a couple of experiments with nitrogen cavatation tonight, some fruitful some not.
But I'm drunk so I'm done, the vodka did the best explaining my condition but this is promising!
Night HBT

Hey you fools. Late night at the corral.

I just took my dog Marlee out. She always goes out one last time at night to pee in the front lawn. Lovely night, mid 70's. Stars were bright, and there was noticeably no moon. No moon at all.

For your late nite soundtrack, Mel Torme.

That's pretty cool but at a few years, not for the impatient. Pineapples like abuse eh? What's you climate? I've lived in some places where outside is way more than abuse..

How big was the pot you used to grow the one you harvested? Very cool.

(How do you multiple quote?) I'll keep an eye on it PP, a friend (with family in.mexico) says same thing.

Chef, it was very big (we are using the pot for a lemon tree now), but I read that it does not need to be that big. I'm going to let this one run its course in the pot it's in and see.

Home depot has small potted pineapples right now (saw them this weekend, put one in cart but then put it back :) ). The pineapple in their pot was about the size of a tennis ball. I saw them in the front, near the outdoor dept, by where they keep the patio furniture. Stores are probably different everywhere, so just ask if you pursue this.
