We did a few no-sparge 10 gallon batches at about 3-1/2 hours. That's 21 minutes per gallon x 2 brewers = 42 minutes per gallon. Just sayin' and some of my best beers have been no-sparge.

BTW, TP should always be over the top. I haven't looked but have never found a single sound argument for the "other" way.

It was 45 and sunny in Anchorage today. The roads are drying, so I put the charger on the motorcycle battery. Almost time to ride!

This winter has been truely bizzare. I watch the news and see snow in Atlanta and the temperature is 10 colder than we are! Mother Nature is cruel, but she has a sense of humor. California was looking for rain. Whelp, she supplied it!

Monterey is beautiful My friend drives the deep water unmanned subs for the marine research center near there. I've never had a bad day up there

I have a vivid memory of listening to this song while jogging around a building on a very cold night in Neuss Germany. I can picture the building perfectly, me jogging, and Jolene by Jack White playing in my ears. That must be 7 or 8 years ago. Weird the way memory works.
