maybe tmi for some people but I have issues with a lot of commercial deodorant/anti-perperants, so I've been using Tom's of Maine natural deodorant lately. I was looking at the ingredients this morning for some unknown reason and I saw Humulus Lupulus Extract. That's right, hop extract :mug: I knew I liked the smell of this stuff! :tank:

I have trouble too with deodorant. I get very red and itchy. I have found that if I shave my pits down, don't have to be lady underarm smooth, but a little hair left, that helps a lot. I guess the hair holds onto the deodorant too much and it irritates the skin.

Men have hair. Aaaaand now that I've established that I'm a jerk, I switched years ago from deodorant to the salts. They don't give you any smell, just keep your sweat from stinking.

Deodorants don't cause me any problem. But antiperspirants do if they contain zinc in any form (or is it aluminum... can't remember now). I get that red/itchy thing too.

I stick with Old Spice classic. But really, I hardly ever use it at all unless I'm heading out with the wife somewhere.

I stopped wearing deodorant because of the rashes I get. Luckily I don't get too stinky*, unless I don't shower in the morning...

I'll have to give Tom's a go, Thanks OP!

Then it was the aluminum.
