I have brewed 3 extract kits so far and they have come out great... My buddy let me pilfer some of his surplus ingredients and I do not really know how to formulate a recipie.

I ended up with a half pound of Special B, Biscut, Aromatic, and Cara-Munich each.. I imagine i could use these as steeping grains.

6 pounds of Gold Malt extract he forgot he had and then 2 ounces of chinnok and 1 oz of warrior pellet hops.

Can i use these to make a decent beer or do i need to get some more stuff to make it decent?

When and what hops would i want to add??

Thanks for your help in advance!!

Maybe an IPA, I've seen some recipes around here that have most of those ingredients. Found this one online http://beer.sterr-bros.com/2009/07/02/chinook-warrior-ipa/

or maybe a Rye IPA or brown ale. It looks like you have almost everything to make a nice batch. Not bad for free. Check out BeerSmith software there is a 30 day free trial, it really helped me with building recipes as an extract/partial brewer.
