Hi!
So, after a year of having a kit that was gifted to me sitting around our house, my wife and I finally got around to starting our first brew last Thursday, and it was even more fun than I anticipated!
We started simple, a brewer's best Imperial Nut Brown, and I've already got BIG plans. Thankfully my wife keeps me in check, and thinks we should have at least one successful brew before we open our own microbrewery
Here's to a fun new hobby!
