In my drunken stuper I forgot to aerate the wort before I pitched my wyeast 1214 belgian strain... It's been 12 hrs and nothing is happening. I've read that this strain can be slow to start. Is it too late to aerate? This is a Belgian Trippel hybrid so I am planning on pitching another strain ( wyeast American ale 1272) both were done with yeast starters. Should I leave it alone, or aerate b4 I pitch the American strain? Have I ruined the batch?
