So, what do you think? It's a really hoppy, and really aromatic brew, especially when fresh.

- shoot for a copper to light amber colored wort about 16.8 plato 4 to 5 different malts.
- 125 IBU's (4 varieties). 4 kettle additions 60 min, 30 min, 10 min and flame out plus one massive dry hop.
- dry hop at a rate of 1lb./31 gal. thats roughly equal to the first two kettle additions.
