Hypothetical - Pitching Yeast to 27 Gallon Conical

Just a question... How does one go about pitching yeast to a 27 gallon fermenter? I'm sure you'd need what, at least two vials of yeast an a very large starter? 1 Quart?

Just curious. I'm looking at it on AHS. Only $760. Although i couldn't even brew 8 batches per year without exceeding the 200 gallon homebrew limit.
