Ok..Another panic thread from a newbie. This is my first Biab and 2nd brew. I did the fizzy yellow beer recipe:
https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f62/fizzy-yellow-beer-120939/

Today is day 11. The airlock slowed down to like 1 bubble every minute for the past couple of days. I figured I would get a hydrometer reading to see if I am close to done. OG was 1.052 The sample I got today was 1.010. Looks like I am close. I'll take another reading tomorrow.

I kept it at 62f though I caught it a few times at 64f. Anyway, the sample smelled really fruity and tasted a little bitter. Is this normal for this type of beer? I read that off flavors are expected but is there a general off flavor depending on the brew you are doing?

Thats why most will keep it in primary longer for the yeast to clean up those.Let it conditon longer and see if it goes away in a week then check the hydro instead of tomarrow. you could then taste and check the gravity.
