This one's already fermenting since Monday, so a little late to ask now, but I just RDWHAHB'd, so tell me what you think!

4.50 lbs Muntons Dry Extra Light Extract
1.00 lb Muntons Dry Light Extract
1.50 lbs Caramel Malt
1.00 lbs Special Roast Malt
1.00 oz Magnum hops (12% AA) 60 min boil
0.75 oz Amarillo hops (9% AA) 60 min boil
1.00 oz Fuggles hops 20 min boil
1.00 oz Cascade hops 1 min boil
1.00 tsp Fresh ground ginger root
2.00 oz Fresh ground orange zest (sweet)
4.00 Three inch sticks of Cinnamon (not ground)
1.00 tsp Allspice
1.00 packet SAFEALE American Ale Yeast

Mashed Caramel and Special Roast Malts at 155F-158F for 40 mins.
Added Extra Light and Light Dry Extract
Added Magnum + Amarillo hops for 60 mins
Added Fuggles hops for 20 min
Added Cinnamon for 10 mins
Added Orange Zest and Allspice for 5 mins
Added Cascade hops at flameout 1 min
Added ground Ginger root at flameout for 1 min

Any ideas on if this beer will be drinkable?

I think you might be a bit heavy on the bitterness for a spiced holiday ale, what were your IBUs?

Otherwise it looks fine, although spicing is always hard to judge (one reason I like steeping them in hot water and adding this spice tea after fermentation to taste).

Good luck.
