Not gonna lie I enjoy any and all styles. My wife really loves Belgian style beers so I recently made a Belgian caramel Dubbel. Not sure what I am going to do for the next one just yet, but the owner of a brewery I know just gave me a freezer and an Inkbird so I may start making some Lagers soon.

if you do, it blew my mind when i brewed my first lager, 100% base malt! velvet, satin, silk, good stuff!


(drinking milwaukee's, i thought it was lager! )

edit: i don't if velvet is right, but definetly satin and silk!
