Jethro2 here, I live in Carroll, Iowa and started brewing about 10 years ago. I started out with a Beer machine and when I realized that you can make pretty good beer in a plastic jug, I decided to get serious about it. I have done numerous extract and partial mash brews and some day hope to get into all grain because of the quality of the brews that you get. I may do some brew in a bags before I do that. Favorite Brew so far is Big Ben Pale Ale. I am planning an Oatmeal Stout and a Guiness Clone that I have the recipies for already.
