Lurker of this site for a couple of years now. I am joining this site because of the higher quality content I've gathered from here.
A little bit about myself, I started out as a Kvas brewer (still am) and I am now exploring meads, ciders and wines to continue the fermentation craft. I am normally a beer drinker but at heart I am you can set it front of me and it will get drank kind of guy. I am excited to be here and help share knowledge.
