Hi everyone! I am new to the forum. I just started brewing all grain last month and currently have one in my primary and one in my secondary.

I want to say thank you to everyone! I got a lot of help and good advice from this forum. There is no substitute for experience and it can be found in abundance on this site.

My first two AG brews taste *way* better than anything i made from hopped LME (Mr. Beer) and they aren't even carbed!
