Hey! Great discussions here. I've gathered a lot of good info from this forum. Just kegged my 3rd batch (1st keg experience). Loving the hobby. And loving my wife who graciously supports my hobby.

Gonna try to grow some hops next year. Hoping the Appalachian climate is as favorable as the north west. If anyone has any tips I'd appreciate.

Welcome to my home state! If you're in the Huntington area, check out the Greater Huntington Homebrewers Association. Great brewers (awesome cooks, too!) with a ton of brewing knowledge. Not sure of other clubs in the state, but I'm sure some exist.

Hey man. I don't get to Huntington as often as I'd like. I've got some friends there and I just don't see them enough. But next time I'm in town I may try to look up that brew club. Take care
