Hello everyone!
My name is William and I've been berwing for a little over 8 months. I've made 5 batches of brew (3 canned extract and 2 partial mash) and have quickly become addicted to brewing! I've been reading this forum well before my first brew, and have found volumes of helpful information here. I look forward to learning more, as well as contributing information further on down the road when I have more experience under my belt.
